ok. so i'm kinda not into the blogging mood despite it being the hols... haha. but there hasn't been much of interest lately.
RV Camp
well some ppl were complaining about the timing... first day of hols liao got camp. so sian rite. but at least it was kinda fun and entertaining... although the planning was just crap. haha. we were kinda doing all the planning last-minute... and we had so many very-last-minute changes... like on the night of the first day we decided to change stuff for the second day lolx.... yea. anw turned out quite well. i guess some ppl enjoyed it. but i think it wuz kinda disorganised and i wuz kinda left out of the loop for many things. bah. next camp muz do better. yay.
CCAL Camp
the first two days of ccal camp made me think the camp was slack. the next day made me think that it sucked. lolx. first two days was basically stupid lectures on and on and on for the whole day. sit in-the-lecture-theatre-and-fall-asleep kind of lecture. but at least i guess i learnt quite a bit about being a leader and stuff. it wuz a kinda good reflection too cuz RV camp just ended and so i could go over stuff that i could improve on etc. first night was damn farnie during supper time. me poey yip and yamies were sitting around at the dining hall veradnah drinking all the leftover milo [which was like... a LOT]. "drowning our sorrows" according to yip lolx. anw yamies was msging his gf. haha. but he didn't know poey swapped his number for hers. so all of yamies' messages went to poey. haha. quite interesting msgs ^^". the three of us [excluding the ignorant yamies of course] were laughing like mad. haha. but poey's really good at imitating ppl lolx. fooled yamies the whole night and all the way until the next day breakfast when we finally told yamies. haha. anw. third day was the coolio 50k hike to changi beach. should have been like. half that distance. but we [my grp] had to travel all over to checkpoints, and sometimes we had to double back the way we came to get to the next checkpoint... so sian rite. haha. but it wuz kinda fun lar. in hindsight. cuz i didn't know i could hike that far. and the last 10+k were really challenging for me... physically [i'm not that fit wad] as well as mentally [cuz u keep thinking waddahell am i walking halfway across singapore for?]. haha. but we managed to complete it. and we won lolx. we got the most number of points and totally thrashed all the other groups cuz we finished the activities without making mistakes. ^^".
anw. hols getting quite boring cuz there doesn't seem to be much for me to do but own every1 in et lolx. i think i'm hooked on to it again lolx. better start fighting it off if i dun wan nxt year to turn out like this year. haha. but nvm. i shall find ppl to do more constructive things with ^^". almost put the word "productive" instead of "constructive".... lolx. but that wouldn't do, would it?
